Cross-functional launch team with a multi-year goal to plan and execute on the commercialization of a new drug. The team was charged with coordination of all key functional areas supporting the launch. The team was also required to track and report on performance of the project to an executive committee.

FRS established a Program Management Office (PMO.) FRS provided a strategic adviser and a launch project manager to be embedded with the team. Standardized launch reporting was implemented. Governance policies were established. Documents, external and internal communications were drafted, edited and circulated from the PMO. and Solutions were recommended for operational and strategic challenges.

ForeRunner Strategy established a Program Management Office which then provided structure and support for the launch team members. The PMO provided leadership and coordination to the various functional leads. The PMO facilitated communication, prepared and managed communications and implemented performance reporting system. Launch expertise was provided in a wide range of areas. Pre- and post-approval solutions and tactics were set in place for launch.
