Back-ground |
Three years prior to launch, a pharmaceutical global commercial team led a process to develop an integrated, multi-year launch plan for next generation drug in a multi-billion dollar market. Market-level team was formed and they needed to build their country-level launch plans. |

|
Challenges |
- Country level teams were under-resourced at the time
- Country team lacked launch planning and disease area experience
- The country team did not have an understanding of the Global Plan
- The company did not have dedicated resources to drive the planning process

Solution |
ForeRunner (FRS) engaged with regional and local leaders to design a planning process and schedule. FRS managed the logistics and led the individualized planning sessions. Cross-functional workshops were implemented to initiate and conclude the planning process. Country-level interdependencies with Global were identified. Opportunities for improving and accelerating local success were communicated.
